I.概述 单组份室温固化硅胶是一种铝壳或塑料桶单包装的粘稠液或膏状的胶料，它能在室温下与空气中的水分结合引起交联，硫化成为高性能弹性体，它是一种优良的金属及非金属材料的粘结剂和密封胶。
胶料能与金属、玻璃、陶瓷及众多材质良好的粘结，并能对多种电子元器件起到粘结、密封的作用；对使用场合的周围环境不会产生污染。
固化后的MB8512W胶体，充分的发挥有机硅材料的优异电器特性，在宽广的温度范围内（-60～200℃），具有抗拉伸、振动、和冲击的能力；并且具有优异的耐侯性、耐热性、耐寒性、疏水性和导热性能。
I.Brief IntroductionSingle-component room remperature silicon cure rubber (hereinafter referred to as “RTV-1 Silicon Rubber”) is a kind of dope or ointment plastic material packed with aluminium shield or plastic cask as well as a kind of fine agglutinant and sealant maded by metals and non-metals. Combined with the moisture in the air in the room temperature, it will produce interconnection and vulcanize into high performance elastomer.
The glue material may agglutinate well with metals, glass, ceramics and various materials, create the glue and seal to diversiform electric components and will not pollute the ambient environment in the places where it is used.
The cured MB8512W Silicon Rubber may fully exert the excellent electric characteristics of the organic silicon and bear the capacity of anti-extension, anti-vibration and anti-impact as well as the outstanding weather-wearing, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, water-fast and fireproof characteristics.

III.用途/Purpose
(1)粘结：对大多数材料具有良好的粘结力，可用于金属与金属、金属与无机材质的弹性粘结剂，对被粘结材料无腐蚀，并用作硅橡胶之间及硅橡胶与其它材料之间的最佳粘结剂，如：电视偏转线圈的粘结、水下仪器的防水防潮粘结、仪器仪表的弹性粘结等。Cementation: With good cohesion to most materials, the product may be used for the elastic binder for metal-and-metal, metal-inorganic mateial without erosion to the cohered material and is the best binder used among the silicon rummbers, silicon and other materials, such as the cohesion of TV deflexion loop, waterproof and moistureproof cementation for the subaqueous devices and the elastic cementation of the instrument and apparatus, etc.
（2）涂覆：广泛地用于各种电子元件、半导体器材和工业电器设备的涂覆。起绝缘、防潮、防震和保护作用。
Coating: It is widely used for the coating of multifarious electric components, semi-conductor equipment, the industrial electric apparatus and equipment for insulation, moistureproof, shockproof and protection.
（3）密封：作填隙材料，如仪器舱、船舱等缝隙的填充。电饭煲电热管末端的密封，化工设备、流量计、视镜、电器设备的密封以及螺钉的防松动密封等。Sealing: It may be used as the gap-filling material, for example for filling the apertures of the apparatus cabin and cabin, etc.
IV. 使用方法/Usage Instructions(1)待粘物表面必须清洁、干燥和可靠。The articles to be adhered shall be clean, dry and reliant.
(2)旋开壳盖，将胶料涂在加工面上，迅速装配和固定。Wind off the shell, apply the silicon material to the processing surfaces, then rapidly mount and fix up.
(3)避免将胶料涂在加工面外，未硫化胶料可用浸有松节油的布擦除，已硫化的废料可用锐利的刀片清除。Do not apply the silicone material outside the processing surfaces. For the non-vulcanized material, just cleanse it with a cloth with turpentine oil and for the vulcanized scrap, just clean it with a sharp knife.
(4)使用完毕，迅速盖紧壳盖。Tightly cover the cover immediately after use.
V.储存和注意事项/Storage and Notes:
本产品为无毒非危险品。储存和运输时应防止雨淋和曝晒。储存在阴凉(25℃以下)、通风干燥处， 并确保包装严密，不能混入酸、碱物质。保质期：6个月。
注意事项：在施工时避免接触眼睛。
The product isinnoxious non-dangerous article.Avoid rainwater and insolation during storage and transportation. It shall be stored in the cool (under 250C), well-ventilated dry place, close-packed without being mixed with acid and alkaline materials. The quality guarantee period is ten-month.
Note: Do not contact the product into eyes during the construction.
